Hello! My experience is going to be about my life in Paris. I have just settled in here, so I wouldn't exactly call it a travel, but with the beauty of this city, everyday feels like vacation to me.
As a person who's in love with nature and green spaces, the first place i went to visit was a public garden the Tuileries located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris between the Louvre and the Place de la Concorde. The weather was beautiful and the variety of the flowers there, surrounding the big fountain created the perfect relaxation aura for everyone. As we're free to sit everywhere there, I kept visiting it, afterwards, two times a week, and each time I sat on a different spot with my lunch box and my books to spend my peaceful evenings. Surprisingly, there is also a small amusement parc just on the other side, for when you want to brighten your day. When it's time for me to go home, I play some games to win small prizes and collect them as a token of my sweet self-romancing.
Another place that I really liked is the Basilique du Sacré-cœur, a basilica that stands at the summit of the hill Montmartre, which is the highest point in the city. It is very beautiful, and you can see the whole city from there. You can see artists gathered around it, and if you like drawing, then it's the perfect monument to sketch.
On my way home, I always stop by Saint-Michel to buy delicious crepes and admire the famous Notre-Dame, which is still beautiful despite the sad incident that happened. It is really admirable to see while sitting by the Seine river where all the people gather and enjoy nice drinks between friends.
There still are many places to admire in Paris such as musuems, the Eiffel tour, parcs and beautiful alleys with cafés where historical figures such as philosophs and artist used to spend their time.
Paris in general is quite expensive. If you want french cuisine, and a comfortable life, you really have to be prepared to spend a lot. However, it is also really charming because you can enjoy it without buying luxury. In fact, just a cute little croissant and a warm café au lait in a public place will make your day, because it's a naturally charming city.
