Hi Folks 😊 ! I'm Imane Jamal Eddine, i'm 22 years old and i'm an exchange student at ESC Clermont.
I'm writing you today through this blog to share with you my first travel experience in France ✌️.
So for me when i hear France, the first thing that comes to my mind is "The city of lights"... No doubt on it, now it's easy to guess, that i'll be talking about my travel to Paris as a student for about 5 days.
First thing to think of is where to stay. Fortunately, in my case i stayed at a friend’s house. This way and as a food lover, i could use the housing budget for food 😋 but also transport and some activities...
Then, the second thing to do is buy your transport card "pass" (around 40€? for 7days including all mean of transportations).
Other than visiting the big known monuments and places like : Champs Elysées avenue, château de Versaille, Notre Dame de Paris, Musée du louvre and of course “La Tour Eiffel”... I just liked the guide tour in the boat where you can see the main places in Paris with a mesmerizing views. Also, i enjoyed the night walks with the lights all over the city and specially The Eiffel tower that was glowing up the city 😍
Looking back, the best part of my trip was going back to childhood when visiting the famous Disneyland on my last day. It was very fascinating, it drives you to another world full of magic and happiness !
If i can give you any advice guys , if you are wondering whether to travel to Paris or not i have 3 words for you : JUST DO IT !
It can really change your perspective of the world, it will open your eyes to new things, get to know different culture and interact with new people. You will learn a lot from this unique experience!
